Hola from Puerto Rico!
Night Night, Dada and Gigi
Vacation!
We originally planned to spend this coming week in London, but made a last-minute change, and, voila! Puerto Rico it is! We swapped one of our favorite places in the world for another. I can’t wait to show Gigi PR — I hope she falls in love with it the same way her daddy and I did!
We’re taking off so I’m shutting down. More from beautiful San Juan!!

Gigi’s uncles Joey and Rob picked us up from the airport (Grandpa rented a 12 passenger van so all his kids could ride together with all the grandkids, car seats, and luggage)

Growl
I think I’ve mentioned before that Georgia Grace has a unique way of telling us when she’s less than thrilled with a given situation or circumstance… she growls. In this particular case, suffice to say when Gigi is done eating berries and bananas, she is DONE.
Gigi’s First Trip to Atlanta
Nine Months!
Georgia Grace is a crawling, cruising, babbling, smiling, teething nine month-old baby girl! She has the cutest two front and two bottom teeth, and we’re watching a couple more start to protrude in the back. We are still going strong breastfeeding, and hope she’ll be up to continue at least 3 more months. In the meantime, she has been eating more and more “solids” — mostly puréed veggies and fruits — and recently added eggs, chicken, and plain, whole milk yogurt to her diet.
She is joyful, loving, curious, and happy. I am so grateful for the happiness she brings everyone – from flight attendants to little old ladies at church – around her. She is brave. She loves water and climbing, and is not afraid to fall. Oh, and books… there just aren’t enough of them in the world, as far as G is concerned!
She knows her mama, her dada, and Chandra by face and name. She can call mama by her name, and we’re starting to work on dada. (Shout out to Dave for helping me win;))
Happy Birthday, sweet Georgia Grace. You fill us with joy and we are so grateful.

The Hand Thing
She always does this motion with her two hands together and we finally caught it on video
