Dave’s favorite coffee shop, Laughing Man, is on one of our favorite neighborhood streets (Duane) and a two-second walk from our favorite neighborhood park (Washington Market). As a result, we stop by often. This day, Gigi decided to share her pain au chocolat with some little friends.
Our family has absolutely fallen in love with the Encanto movie — the strong female characters, the cultural representation, the story itself, and especially the music… it’s just all-around wonderful. Our little oruguita seems to have taken a particular liking to the soundtrack, which she listens to over and over again while playing at home. Today, she jammed out while making Perler bead creations. In these pics and the video below, she’s making Bluey and singing her heart out. I love how you can see how big her feelings are when she sings. She is a highly expressive and emotional singer (and dancer!). Love her so much.
