We baked cookies! I’m not much of a baker but I think they turned out perfectly — we had a lot of fun and Gigi loves them (the way they look — she isn’t much of a cookie eater), so that is all that matters.
…I don’t know what will.
This morning, before I stepped out to feed the chickens, realizing it was 15 minutes before Debbie’s work call, I assured her I’d be back in time to take care of Gigi. That did not happen. The challenge of figuring out how to get an unexpected guest out of the coop – without letting the chickens out – was too much for me to pass up. Then a chicken got the best of me. Again.
She loves playing make-believe and is very creative when it comes to finding alternate uses of everyday things. She also seems to have rejected the idea of clothing altogether.
