We are so very proud of Gigi! She was one of two students in her ENTIRE school whose artwork was chosen to be featured at the MoMA Manhattan Borough Festival! The exhibit opens on May 22 and her work will be on display for six months. We are so proud she has found something she loves so much and are excited she has been recognized for her hard work and talent!
Spent a day with my girl today… we just needed it: she was finishing school at 12, and I was leaving for a trip to DC at 4. We had lunch, we got our nails done, we packed. She’s a lovely human being and I’m so grateful for her.
We needed one, and it was perfect! I took Gigi for pizza at her favorite place, we checked out new books from the library, and went to Zara for some big girl clothes! At the end, we went to my office to grab a cake pop, say hello to my colleagues, and open a savings account for Gigi.
Gigi had a few days off of school, so Papa Bob dropped by to hang out with her. They went to the Museum of Ice Cream, Barnes and Noble, the Trolls Experience, McDonald’s, and the ice cream shop. She sure is one lucky girl!
We love hosting Gigi’s friends for play dates. Today, Corinne, Kaya, and Hanna came over. We played, swam, ate pizza, and watched Luca.

We’re so grateful for our friends, the Galbraith family! They live in Toronto most of the year but spend holidays and summers in New York. Gigi and Eloise adore their daughters, Lily and Josephine. On New Year’s Eve, we took the big girls for cupcakes at Billy’s and shopping at Zara.

She’s been saying both a lot lately… makes my heart melt!
She did it! We walked out to the hallway to get ready to leave, and Eloise just began trying to stand up on her own. So, we sat down and started recording. She was so incredibly persistent, standing up and squatting down over and over again. Until…
It was a magical Christmas season and a beautiful Christmas Day! We opened gifts, had cinnamon rolls for breakfast, and went to Soho House for Christmas dinner.
One of my favorite moments of the holiday season… Santa has come, but everyone is sound asleep.
We had a magical Christmas Eve, complete with the traditions we enjoyed before the outbreak of the pandemic in 2020. We attended church at Trinity and then went to dinner at Balthazar. When we came home, we changed into Christmas pajamas and put out cookies for Santa. Gigi got to open her first Christmas gift, a Nutcracker ornament I picked up for her at Lincoln Center earlier in the week.
